Explore Fugitive Leadership, a transformative approach to social justice leadership that empowers Black male students. Developed from empirical research, Fugitive Leadership provides a leadership framework for educators that is rooted in empathy, care, and subversive action, and serves as a call to action for educators to embrace love as a force for spiritual growth, courage, and justice. Dr. Jeremy Divinity is a passionate advocate for social justice, equity, and inclusion in education. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice (Ed.D.), he brings a deep understanding of how educational systems can be leveraged to foster a fair and inclusive society. His doctoral research specifically examined the experiences of African American males in predominantly White Jesuit schools, shedding light on their perspectives on social justice leadership. Dr. Divinity is also a mission-driven marketer with a wealth of experience in education and the charter school space,
