Shoni Johnson, now in her 19th year with Connecting Waters Charter School, holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction Design. She earned her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Stanislaus State and an Administrative Services Credential from UC Irvine. Shoni’s background includes 10 years managing Bay Area urgent care facilities before transitioning into education. She has served as CWCS’s Curriculum & Accountability Director for 16 years, overseeing instructional methodology training, special programs, accountability, assessments, data teams, and WASC accreditation and LCAP processes.
