What Every Board Member Should Know: Indicators of Success and Stability
Charter school boards are critical to ensuring the success and survival of charter schools. What are the red flags that signal a school is in danger across finance, operations, and student achievement? How do we measure and communicate our success? What preventative measures help decrease risk? How do we foster a strong connection from board to community? A veteran board member and expert panel will provide recommendations and tools to help board members understand, monitor, and communicate progress on key indicators and overarching plans such as LCAP and strategic plans.
