Julianna Hubbell is the Director of Charter Relations for the Springs Charter Schools network which serves over 11,000 students in Southern California through a continuum of on-campus, hybrid, and at-home learning opportunities with a personalized approach. She has over 10 years of experience in the charter school sector including work in charter development, marketing, and public relations.

Kapil Mathur is the Founder and Executive Director of the Orange County Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is dedicated to providing a high-quality and student-centered learning experience that prioritizes equity and inclusivity. Kapil's vision is to create a personalized learning program that caters to the unique needs and strengths of each student. He believes that every child deserves an education that is tailored to their individual needs and interests.
Kapil holds a Master’s Degree from UCLA and is working on his Ed.D. in Charter School Administration.
