Morgan Chong Kim is a nonprofit professional with a background in youth development and educational access. She is a driving force in the education nonprofit sector, inspiring others to join the mission of creating social mobility opportunities for students through education. Through her work with nonprofit organizations such as Posse Foundation and AmeriCorps, she has developed innovative programs that have reshaped student learning opportunities by creating strategic alliances with partner organizations. Her experience includes delivering Executive Leadership workshops, designing youth development programs, advocating for high-quality Teacher Education pathways programs, and developing educational pathways for student success.

Richard Sheppard is a seasoned educator with a decade of experience teaching social science in LA’s San Fernando Valley. He has a strong foundation in instructional coaching and curriculum development. Richard is committed to supporting teachers in creating engaging learning environments and empowering youth to become changemakers in their communities and beyond.
A graduate of Temple University with a Master’s degree in Education, Richard has also been honored with a Stanford University Fellowship where he continued to develop his pedagogical approach rooted in the principles of education as liberation, equitable access for all learners, and culturally sustaining pedagogy.
