Joanne Fountain is the Chief Administrative Officer of Delta Managed Solutions with an intensive educational background in California and Nevada charter and traditional schools. Joanne has over ten years of experience as an executive director and teacher of a successful charter school. Joanne’s Master’s Degree in the Art of Education and achievement of making the Dean’s list in the school of business at the University of Nevada at Reno allows her to bring her experience of education and business together to guide the staff at DMS and clients to success.
