Vanessa, Director of Public Sector Banking, has over 30+ years of experience and a proven track record of working with public sector clients, charter schools, non-profits, municipalities and associations. Vanessa has been a pioneer in charter school financing, being one of the first to create a traditional bank financing option for charter schools in 2007 when the industry first experienced state deferments. Additionally, Vanessa is experienced in non-profit financing, tax exempt financing structure, bond financing, Revenue Anticipation Notes and a host of unique lending structures. Vanessa also has an extensive background in liquidity management and direct knowledge of investment policy structures.
