Katrina has over 15 years of experience in Charter School and non-profit finance. The last ten years of her professional journey includes providing Chief Business Officer services to one of the first schools authorized by the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Her experience includes strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and organizational leadership. She also has extensive human resources experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, leaves, benefits management, and all other people solutions.
