Sarah Saluta is an experienced educator with nearly thirty years in public and charter schools. She has served as a teacher, coach, administrator, and Executive Director, giving her a broad understanding of education from multiple perspectives. Sarah is passionate about culturally responsive teaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her personal philosophy centers on building strong relationships and developing outstanding educators. With a master’s in education, she is dedicated to helping both students and teachers grow while championing progressive and developmental approaches in her current work at San Diego Cooperative Charter School.
