Sarah’s practice areas include board governance and all matters related to employment and labor law, such as discipline and dismissal, employee misconduct investigations, leaves, wage and hour, disability law, benefits and STRS/PERS administration. Sarah also regularly represents employers before related state agencies and courts. Sarah serves as the Chair of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Committee and as a Representative for the State Bar of California in the American Bar Association House of Delegates. Author of various articles on employment topics, Sarah also frequently trains charter school boards/ administrations.
