Bob Martin is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in product operations and educational technology. Currently serving as Director of Product Operations Management at ETS, he leads teams, builds strategic relationships, and manages product strategies. Previously, Bob worked as an Instructional Technology Coordinator at Burbank Unified, where he introduced innovative technologies into classrooms and coordinated state testing. He holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor’s in English. Robert is passionate about leadership, data analysis, and enhancing customer satisfaction in education and tech.
