Participate in this dedicated time as a featured solutions provider, and drive attendees to your services and the resources you offer. Tuesday and Wednesday will feature four total 30-minute, exhibitor-driven Solutions Sessions.
Attendees can enter to win up to five complimentary registration for CCSA 2023 in Sacramento, funded by CCSA, by participating in a Solutions Session then returning a ticket from the Solutions Session presenter to the CCSA Booth.
Note: Exhibitors who purchase this option must submit a topic description for review and approval at a later date. Presentations should not be sales pitches, and must be educational in nature and directly applicable to attendee needs. Ideally the sessions will be presented by or co-presented with an educator customer for the most compelling content.
Similar to “speed dating,” developers meet with vendors and partners in the charter school space who assist with planning, information-sharing, and resources for successful charter school development. This networking allows first-time charter school teams the ability to meet trusted partners in the space, ask questions, and determine the right vendors for their school. Speed Networking portion of the Developer Summit will take place during the conference in Long Beach. Subject to approval by review panel. Limited space available.

Grab attention as attendees browse the exhibit hall or move between conference activities. New this year, you can highlight your company with customizable 3' x 3' floor clings inside the exhibit hall at major cross aisles, or outside the hall in public space. Cross aisles are limited to the aisle of your company's booth location. Clings in public space will run along the corridor immediately outside the exhibit hall entrance.
Showcase your company with large-format, floor-supported signs both in and out of the exhibit hall. All signs are double-sided. Signs inside the exhibit hall will run along wall adjacent to the front main aisle. Signs outside the hall will appear in the corridor immediately outside of the exhibit hall entrance.
Find your way into the hands of attendees with a rotating banner ad throughout the mobile app. Link your ad to a web page of your choice, either promoting a conference-specific campaign or your company offerings in general. Very limited quantities are available — secure your space early!
