From "College for All" to "Pathways for All": Creating Future-Ready Schools
In 2020, Summit introduced "Concrete Next Step" as a graduation goal. Our aim is to help students find paths after high school that match their interests, values, and goals. In this session, we'll share how we've evolved our mission and programming, highlighting our work with mentoring, personalizing learning plans, and expeditionary learning. We’ll discuss what's working in our approach and what challenges we face. This session will also create the space for the group to discuss how we can collectively empower all learners to choose best-fit for postsecondary pathways.
