For thirty years, Leticia has dedicated herself to education, motivated by the significant impact educators on young lives. Drawing from her own experiences, she understands how transformative a school environment can be in shaping futures. Leticia has cultivated a deep passion for hands-on, project-based learning. She champions inclusion and actively promotes parental engagement and participation, all of which enhance personalized student pathways and academic achievement. Her mission is to share her insights and expertise to elevate the remarkable efforts already in motion with students and families. Currently, she is executive director at Discovery Charter Schools in San Jose.
