Elika Fredrickson, Chief of Academics at Bullis Charter School, is dedicated to advancing equity through innovative, inclusive education. She has extensive experience developing rigorous, learner-centered TK-12 programs, serving as a district instructional leader, and consulting for curriculum publishers to create research-based curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners. Elika leads a culturally responsive, data-driven team focused on leveraging emerging technologies, fostering digital literacy, and promoting project-based, experiential learning. She holds advanced degrees, including a Master's in Elementary Education and Educational Administration, and has been a school leader in both Massachusetts and California.
