Sara Fernandez brings 15 years of extensive experience in education. As an Induction Mentor, she guides new teachers, fostering their professional development and building confidence. As MTSS Coordinator, Sara plays a crucial role in implementing and overseeing a multi-tiered system of support, ensuring all students receive the targeted interventions they need to thrive academically and socially. Holding a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, her strong foundation of knowledge and best practices and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the charter school environment drives her commitment to supporting teachers in developing innovative and effective practices that empower students.
