Jessica Newburn

For over 17 years, Jessica Newburn has served as a teacher, school administrator, and systems-level leader, gaining a robust understanding of what drives school quality and continuous improvement. At Aspire Public Schools, she held multiple roles including mentor principal. While at CCSA, she led school accountability initiatives, and supported leaders with charter renewal preparation. Drawing on team leadership experience, she also led ongoing supervisor trainings. Currently, as the Director of School Development at the OCASA, Jessica leads best practice replication and supports the development of new schools. Jessica is on the faculty at Loyola Marymount University.
