Managing is teaching: What teachers do will help you manage better

As managers, we sometimes think “teaching” adults is not our job. And often we view “accountability” as a response to underperformance, rather than a powerful tool for unlocking potential. In this session, you’ll learn how to clarify your expectations and leverage cycles of planning, execution, and follow-through to turn seemingly impossible challenges into manageable successes. In this dynamic session, you’ll explore a little known management tool: teaching. Let’s discover how to inspire greatness in both individuals and teams!
