Jess Chacón is an experienced leadership coach, providing diversity, equity, and inclusion professional development and strengths-based leadership coaching with over 20 years of education experience. She has been coaching leaders for the last 10 years and is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach. Jess was a school principal manager for KIPP Northern California Public Schools, a school principal with Aspire Public Schools, and a middle school teacher who started her teaching career in Philadelphia through Teach for America. Jess is a first generation college graduate and proud alum of the University of Texas at Austin.
