As an educator for the past 20+ years and a member of the Partnership team from the beginning years of the organization, I bring a wealth of knowledge both internal and external. My years in education began as a teacher, and then math coach, teacher leader, professional development provider, and institute director. Through my work with the Partnership as well as many other professional organizations, I am always immersed in learning, growing, and deepening understanding around curriculum, instruction, assessment, pedagogy and practice and the interplay of these with teachers, students, and school leaders.
