Kim brings nearly 10 years of experience in education to her work at Marshall. Previously, she served as a continuous improvement coach at New Tech Network where she partnered with schools to drive improvement efforts around postsecondary access and success. Before that, she managed the development and dissemination of training and resources for advisors across the country at College Advising Corps. Kim’s passion for education is deeply rooted in a desire to empower and create opportunities for students, ensuring they have the support and access needed to achieve their full potential.
